Silver Blades Ice-rink (Cheetham Hill)

Can you believe an ice rink being an 'in' place to go. Admittedly I was only 13 (1961) at the time, before I started going to all the night clubs in Manchester (aged 14).

I remember seeing the Brook Brothers at the Ice Rink. And being seriously impressed when they used to invite the speed skaters on to the ice!!
