Our  gig agent for Purple Gang 2....1971-----1973  Ray Makin.... in the main. But very proactive...got us lots of gigs but all under £50. Telephonist was always saying "He`s norrin"......which became a catchphrase for us later......"I`m norrin` -- go away !"
I believe the name was gleaned form  Pam Ray and Bill........happy but sometimes tough memories.
