Bravados was my school band Me (Rhythm/Vocals), Alec **** (Lead Guitar), (Salford Grammar), Barry Jones (bass/vocals), Phil Robinson (drums) both from a secondary modern on Leicester Road (senior moments).

We played resident at Grosvenor Pub, Gt Clowes St, Broughton and Park Lane Club also played British Legion & many other pubs clubs around 1963-4

We were managed by Barry Jones' dad - transport :-)

The name of lead guitarist was Alec Thomas. Barry & Phil went to North Salford Secondary School.

I can't add to this sadly but I am wondering if anyone knows of Alec's whereabouts. He was my Dad's Brother and I haven't seen him for years.

Alec, Barry and myself went to Italy in 1966 on holiday. The last time I saw Alec was in 1967 when the group split up.
